How do I check on the status of my order?

When you purchase a product on our site, you will receive an email confirming the order. When your order ships out, you will receive another email with a tracking number, so you can follow your meat snacks as they get closer and closer to you eating them. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, on orders in the Continental U.S. over $50. Otherwise our standard shipping is:

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place an order on our website, you should receive it within 1-3 business days! You can even check the ship time on our website before you place an order.

Where do you ship?

We only ship products to consumers in the U.S. ( including Hawaii and Alaska).

Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses?

We apologize, but at this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and International addresses.

What flavor do you recommend trying as a first-time buyer?

We think you should try all of our flavors! But, as a first-time buyer, start with one of our core 4 flavors (Original, Teriyaki, Mango Habanero, Hickory Smoke Turkey). No bad decisions here!

Can you send me a sample before I buy?

Unfortunately, we do not send out free samples.

What pack sizes are available?

-Beef Jerky: 1oz, 2.5 oz, 7oz and 16 oz sizes

-Sticks: 0.5oz and 1oz sticks

What flavors are available in one-pound bags?

Our Original, Teriyaki, Hatch Chile, and Mango Habanero flavors are available in 16 oz bags.

Where are Country Archer products made?

Based in Southern California, we craft our jerky in its very own manufacturing facility to keep a close eye on every aspect of the process to provide our consumers with the highest quality products. All of our jerky and meat stick products are proudly made in the USA.

What type of beef do you use?

We only ever use 100% grass-fed-and-finished beef and the cattle are pasture-raised versus in a feedlot, which has environmental and animal welfare benefits. (Plus, it also tastes better.)

Is your turkey all natural?

Our turkey is 100% natural as well as free of antibiotics and growth hormones.

Is your pork antibiotic-free?

Our pork is free of growth hormones and antibiotics.

How long does the jerky last?

Our jerky is good for one year from the date it was made. So far, no one has gone longer than 15 minutes with one of our bags. Jokes aside, once you open a bag, we recommend you finish it within 3 days for the best possible experience!

Why does your jerky state that it should be consumed within 3 days of opening?

Our products should be consumed within 3 days of opening because once the bag is opened, it is exposed to oxygen and the jerky begins to dry out, losing its tender taste and chew.

Should I refrigerate my jerky?

You do not need to freeze or refrigerate your meat snacks. To have the best possible experience and ensure that the jerky stays tender, enjoy your unopened pack before the best by date or enjoy it within three days of opening, or you can refrigerate your jerky to maintain freshness.

Can I freeze my jerky?

Is it safe to feed my dog jerky?

We know that our four-legged friends love jerky as much as we do! However, we recommend that you consult your pet’s veterinarian before they consume Country Archer products.

Is your jerky safe for me to eat if I am pregnant? What temperatures is it cooked at?

Our turkey jerky is cooked at 165 degrees and our beef jerky is cooked at 145 degrees. However, the wellness of our customers is extremely important to us, so please consult your doctor to ensure this will be safe for you and your baby.

What is the small, white packet in my jerky bag?

This is an Oxygen Absorber. This small packet helps absorb any excess oxygen in the bag to maintain the product’s freshness. The absorber says “DO NOT EAT” on it, which means that you should not eat it.

Is your beef jerky kosher?

None of our products are certified Kosher. However, drop us a line with your feedback athi@countryarcher.comso we can share it with our R&D team!

How do I find out what ingredients are in your products?

If you click on any product on our website, there is an image of the back of our bag, which shows all the ingredients and the nutrition facts. We keep it real, as in real ingredients that have nothing to hide.

How many calories are in your products per serving?

Meat Jerky: 70-100 calories per 1oz serving

Plant-Based Jerky: 90 calories per 1oz serving

Meat Sticks:

-50 calories per 0.5oz serving

-70-100 calories per 1oz serving

-210-220 calories per 1.8oz serving

How many grams of protein per serving are in your products?

-Jerky: Approximately 9-12g of protein per 1oz serving 

-Sticks: 9g of protein per 1oz serving

Do your jerky or sticks contain nitrates or nitrites?

Absolutely not. No nonsense on our ingredient decks!

Do any Country Archer products contain MSG?

All of our products are made with no added monosodium glutamate (MSG), except for that which naturally occurs in soy sauce.

Do your products contain any of the top 8 potential allergens?

There is soy in our regular line of jerky (Original, Teriyaki, Mango Habanero, Hatch Chile, Jalapeno, Crushed Red Pepper):

We don’t utilize any of the other top 8 allergens in the manufacturing of our jerky products so there is no risk of cross-contamination.

Soy Free: Zero Sugar Jerky: Free of the top 8 allergens, so it is soy-free! And sugar free. And delicious. A (delicious) win-win if you will.

Sticks: The sticks are manufactured using equipment that may be used for products containing soy, wheat, and milk.  A strict allergen control process is in place to prevent cross-contamination. 

Are your products gluten free?

Certified. No gluten ever.

Do you have Zero Sugar products?

You know it. Check out ourzero sugar jerky line! Plus, our turkey and beef stick varieties.

What about preservatives?

Hard no.

Are your products Certified Keto?

Our Zero Sugar Jerky line, Original Beef Jerky, Hickory Smoke Turkey Jerky, Original Beef Stick, Jalapeno Beef Stick, Rosemary Turkey Stick, and Pineapple Pork Stick are all Certified Keto. 

Are your products Certified Paleo?

Our Beef Sticks and Turkey Sticks are certified paleo.

What about paleo-friendly?

Our Maple Pork and Pineapple Pork sticks are Certified Paleo-Friendly!

What is the lactic acid in your meat sticks?

Lactic Acid is used as an acidifier and a stabilizer in our sticks.  It is derived from glucose and sugars, and is the byproduct of a fermentation process. The ingredient Lactic Acid is not an allergen, in our products.

Do any of your products contain a good source of fiber?

Yes! Our new plant-based line of mushroom jerky contains 3g of dietary fiber per serving.

What is your plant-based jerky made from?

We use 100% king oyster mushrooms that have a similar tear and chew to meat-based jerky.
