SPONSOR:

The Archer Jerky Sweepstakes Celebrating the Release of The Mandalorian and Grogu (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by S&E Gourmet Cuts, Inc, located at 600 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90017, US (“Sponsor”). This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Meta Platforms, Inc. dba Meta or its related products, including but not limited to Instagram, Influencer (as defined below), or Disney (defined below).

BINDING AGREEMENT:

By entering this Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to abide by all terms of these Official Rules, applicable social media terms, and to be bound by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Failure to comply with the above may result in disqualification.

ENTRY PERIOD:

Entries into the Sweepstakes must be made between 10:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, and 11:59:59 p.m. PDT on Friday, May 1, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). The Sponsor’s computer system is the official timekeeping device with respect to all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

ELIGIBILITY:

Open to all legal residents of the 50 United States (including D.C.) who, as of the date of entry, are age 18 years or older or the age of majority in their respective states/jurisdictions of permanent residence, whichever is older. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor, Whitney Port (“Influencer”), Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures (“Disney”), and any of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, advertising, promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings and children, regardless of where they live), and persons living in the same household (whether or not related) of any of the foregoing, are not eligible to enter or win.

HOW TO ENTER:

During the Entry Period, Sponsor will post a Sweepstakes call to action post (the “Post”) on its Instagram page. To enter the Sweepstakes, during the Entry Period, eligible entrants(“Entrants”) must, while logged into their public Instagram account, take all of the following steps, which together constitute a single entry (“Entry”): (a) follow @archerjerky on Instagram; (b) follow @whitneyeveport on Instagram; and (c) comment “#archersweepstakes” on the Post. Entrant must have a non-private Instagram account for their Entry to be publicly visible and entered in the Sweepstakes. If you are selected as a Potential Winner, you must be able to receive direct messages via Instagram from Sponsor. Your Entry must be uploaded in accordance with the Instagram Terms of Use (http://instagram.com/about/legal/terms/). You may use only one (1) Instagram username to enter. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same Instagram account to submit an Entry. If you do not have an Instagram account and you would like to create one for free, you may download the free Instagram app to your mobile device from either the Apple® App Store or the Google® Play store or create an account via Instagram's website at www.instagram.com. Limit one (1) Entry per person/Instagram username. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated limit of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void all of that entrant's Entries and that entrant will be disqualified. Use of any automated or computer system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. If you enter using a mobile device on a wireless service provider’s network (as opposed to a Wi-Fi network), normal phone/data and usage charges imposed by your online/phone service may apply. You agree to incur any and all charges demanded by your online/phone carrier. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the individual entering the Sweepstakes or of the winner of any prize, the authorized account holder of the Instagram account used to participate in the Sweepstakes will be deemed to be the Entrant. The "authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an Instagram account by Instagram.

LIMIT:

Limit one (1) Entry per person/Instagram account during the Entry Period.

ODDS:

The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

The Entry, or portion thereof, must not contain obscene, profane, lewd, defamatory or inappropriate content, or be disparaging to Sponsor or any of the Sweepstakes Entities, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Entries must be in keeping with Sponsor's image and may not be offensive, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, nor can it defame or invade publicity rights or privacy rights of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon any person's personal or proprietary rights. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

PUBLICITY RIGHTS:

By submitting an Entry, Entrant grants Sponsor an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, and distribute the Entrant’s/winner’s name, address, and likeness in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes only and as otherwise required by law, and each Entrant and winner agree that the Sponsor shall have the right, but not the obligation, to edit, remove, modify, publish, license, print, transmit, display or otherwise use any submitted Entry in any and all media, now known or later developed, for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes without additional compensation. Entrant waives any retained rights of attribution, privacy, publicity, withdrawal, integrity or other moral or personal rights in the Entry and other related materials. If Sponsor requests the entrant’s cooperation in promoting the Sweepstakes, the Entrant agrees to reasonably be available for such promotional activities.

USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION:

By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees that they are providing their information to Sponsor for the use of Entrant’s personal information by Sponsor for both online and offline direct marketing purposes, as well as for administration of the Sweepstakes including, without limitation, verifying Entrant’s eligibility, contacting Entrant regarding their Entry, awarding the prize, avoidance of fraud/tampering, compliance with legal obligations, and analytics and improvement of offerings. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION:

On or about Friday, May 1, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential prize winner (“Potential Winner”) using a third-party random generator from all timely submitted, eligible Entries received during the Entry Period. The Potential Winner may be announced, subject to verification, on the Sponsor’s social media pages and/or website. The Potential Winner will be contacted via direct/private message via Instagram within forty-eight (48) hours of selection. The Potential Winner must respond to the notification and fulfill any additional requirements within forty-eight (48) hours of notification. If the Potential Winner cannot be contacted or fails to meet the requirements, Sponsor will select a replacement from the remaining eligible Entries. Sponsor will make up to three (3)attempts to award the prize to an alternate Potential Winner and if after three (3) attempts to contact alternates no winner is confirmed that prize will go unawarded.

PRIZE:

One (1) winner will receive (1) grand prize consisting of all of the following components: (a) two (2) tickets admitting winner and a guest to the premiere of The Mandalorian & Grogu at a to-be-announced venue in Los Angeles, California on a to-be-determined date in April 2026 (b) $400 travel stipend to be provided in the form of a gift card (ARV: $400); and (c) 3 packages of Archer x Mandalorian Minis Meat Sticks ($50 ARV). Total ARV of grand prize: $[450].

WINNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ARRANGING TRANSPORTATION AND/OR ACCOMODATIONS RELATED TO ATTENDING THE PREMIERE WITH THE STIPEND INCLUDED WITH THE PRIZE. ALL EXPENSES NOT SPECIFICALLY MENTIONED HEREIN ARE NOT INCLUDED AND ARE SOLELY A WINNER’S RESPONSIBILITY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED ANY OTHER EXPENSES THAT MAY BE ASSOCIATED WITH ATTENDING THE PREMIERE.

Premiere tickets are subject to the standard terms, conditions, and health and safety policies applicable to the venue. Seat locations at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner’s guest(s) must be of legal age of majority in his/her(their) jurisdiction(s) of residence unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Premiere dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of Premiere promoter and may be subject to change. Sweepstakes Entities bear no responsibility if any event, element or detail of the prize, including without limitation the premiere, is canceled, postponed or becomes unavailable for any reason. Should any event, element or detail of the prize become unavailable, Sponsor shall have no obligation to the winner aside from providing the other portions of the prize, minus any unavailable event, element or detail. In the event the winner and/or guest is denied entry into any ticketed location or is removed or barred from any ticketed location for any other reason, Sponsor is not responsible and no further compensation or award will be provided. The attendance by any specific cast members, filmmakers, or such other talent from the film during the premiere is not guaranteed and shall be subject to such talent’s availability and Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sweepstakes Entities do not guarantee any type of meeting or photo opportunity with any specific cast member or talent from the film during the premiere. In the event the winner and/or guest engage in behavior that, as determined by Sponsor or producers of the film, in their sole discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor and Disney reserve the right to terminate the premiere attendance element of the prize early, in whole or in part, and send the winner and/or his or her guest home, with no further compensation. Winner and guest must obey all rules and complete any paperwork required for the prize, including but not limited to any additional releases, contracts, non- disclosure agreements, waivers required by the Sponsor or Disney and, failure to sign such paperwork and/or to furnish all required information on dates selected by Sponsor or Disney in their sole discretion will result in forfeiture of the prize. 

Gift card subject to appliable gift card terms. Prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, sold, or traded. No prize transfer, assignment, or substitution by winner is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local income taxes and fees for acceptance and use of the grand prize. All federal, state, and local income taxes for acceptance and use of the prize are the sole responsibility of winner and winner will receive a 1099 tax form for the actual value of the prize for the year the prize is awarded. Prize components are in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor.

DISQUALIFICATION:

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant found to be tampering with the entry process, violating the Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to this Sweepstakes, or engaging in unsportsmanlike conduct or disruptive manner, and to resolve all disputes in its sole discretion.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY:

By entering, Entrants agree to RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE S&E Gourmet Cuts Inc., Meta Platforms, Inc. dba Meta, Influencer, Disney, and each of their respective affiliates and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claims or cause of action arising out of or related to participation in this Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, garbled, or incompletely received entries; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (f) injury (including death) or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, receipt, use, or misuse of any prize; or travel to any Sweepstakes-related events; and (g) any claims based on publicity rights, copyright/trademark infringement, intellectual property rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery. FOR CALIFORNIA ENTRANTS: EACH ENTRANT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT ALL RIGHTS UNDER SECTION 1542 OF THE CIVILCODE OF CALIFORNIA AND ANY SIMILAR LAW OF ANY STATE OF THE UNITED STATES ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY WAIVED BY ENTRANT AGAINST THE RELEASED PARTIES. SECTION 1542 READS AS FOLLOWS: “A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY.”

DISPUTES; GOVERNING LAW:

All disputes will be governed by California law, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Entrants specifically agree that (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, or other technical problems, or any condition caused by events beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (1) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (2) award the prize from among the non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. The words “include,” “includes” and “including” shall be deemed to be followed by the words “without limitation;” the word “or” is not exclusive; and the words “herein,” “hereof,” “hereby,” “hereto,” and “hereunder” refer to these Official Rules as a whole. In the event of any conflict with any Sweepstakes details contained in these Official Rules, and Sweepstakes details contained in any promotional materials (including, but not limited to, point of sale, television and print advertising, promotional packaging and other promotional media), the details of the Sweepstakes as set forth in these Official Rules shall prevail.
